Why join us
You will have the opportunity to work alongside diverse teams, providing crucial support in legal and governance matters related to property construction and project delivery. With a focus on simplifying processes, improving governance, and reducing risk, you will play a key role in driving compliance, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of the business. If you are passionate about making a difference, building strong relationships, and championing excellence in contract management and health and safety practises, we offer a rewarding and dynamic environment where your skills and expertise can truly shine.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage and maintain the Property HighQ Legal Contracting System and associated governance platforms, facilitating the coordination of legal contract queries between various internal departments and external legal support. You will provide commercial, legal, and governance support to Project Managers and Property Leadership teams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, managing contract lifecycle administration, and overseeing health and safety protective uniform requirements for our Property delivery teams. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of contract performance, developing reporting dashboards for contracts and project governance metrics, and analysing operational data to identify trends, risks, and process improvements to support informed decision-making and effective project delivery.
Who you are
Ideally, you have a strong background in contract administration, governance, and compliance management within the property construction and project delivery sector.
You’re a detail-oriented professional with experience fostering strong working relationships across cross-functional teams. With advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis, and reporting, you have the ability to interpret complex data, drive operational efficiency, and support decision-making processes.
Expertise in health and safety legislation, along with relevant qualifications in legal and governance, would be advantageous.
